Founding Team

Two founders, one shared mission

Donna Henderson

CEO · Co-founder at FLUXA

Donna Henderson is the mastermind behind FLUXA, she's the one who came up with the idea. She is a Digital Business student at ORT Uruguay and has led FLUXA from the earliest stage.

She first identified the problem while working at ICUC at age 19, when she saw how transformation execution issues remained invisible until they became costly.

Today, she leads product and business direction, focused on turning hidden operational signals into practical decision support for transformation leaders.

Franco Cagnoli

CTO · Co-founder at FLUXA

Franco Cagnoli is a fourth-year Systems Engineering student at Universidad ORT Uruguay and has practical experience as a Software Developer.

His technical focus is execution risk in complex ERP and transformation initiatives, especially early indicators such as team overload, coordination breakdowns, and delivery delays.

He works closely with operators, project managers, and transformation leaders to model how early execution signals translate into business and financial impact.
